Risk Management refers to the fingerprinting and background process that all head and assistant coaches must complete.
If you completed the process anytime from March 2003 on, you do not need to repeat it,
otherwise, you must complete the process before you can coach a team.
Playing Time
The SBSC policy is to play each player at a minimum of 50% of the game time.
